Bear scrimshaw for Tom McGinnis.

I loved creating this scrimshaw. The bear took a while to draw up in order to fit between the pins. However once I settled on the design the rest fell in to place. As if the bear belonged on the knife. Thank you again Tom for allowing me the creative license on one of your prise hand forged Damascus knifes.

This a water color I created for a friend. I used watercolor pencils
that produced wonderful effects with fine detail. I also finished the piece with pen and ink to highlight the eyes. They were a lot of fun to use as well.

These little guys are for my mother. She shows Chihuahuas and is always looking for unique jewelry.

I etch onto the shell with a little carbine tool. Then I fill the scratches with ink.
